哺乳中的媽媽

哺餵給寶貝的母乳,其營養成份完全取決於媽媽的飲食,所以哺乳中的媽媽一定要確定自己有攝取到足夠的維它命、礦物質及必需脂肪酸,如 Omega-3。也有研究報導顯示,母奶中的 DHA,遠比魚油補充品或 DHA 粉末,還是加在配方奶中的 DHA 有效。(1) 
 

在哺乳過程,媽媽們飲食中如果有適量的 Omega-3,也就能夠給寶貝含有豐富 DHA 的母奶。


建議攝取量
美國和加拿大的飲食協會建議哺乳中的媽媽每天攝取的 DHAEPA 的量加起來要超過 500 毫克,如果說每天飲食攝取量為2000千卡。(2) 國際脂肪酸研究協學會特別針對哺乳中的媽媽提出每天至少要攝取300毫克的 DHA。(3)
